betj Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To register and use the betj platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. betj reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any point during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required at betj's discretion.
• You must be accessing the betj platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with betj or any gaming platform that covers betj's services at the time of registration or login.
• You must be acting in your own capacity as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betj account at any one time. betj takes duplicate account creation seriously and will investigate any suspected breach of this rule. The following obligations apply to all betj accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your betj login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• You must notify betj support immediately if you suspect that your betj account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. betj will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, lock the account.
• betj may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by betj may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on the betj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betj supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any limits notified to you via the platform:

• Mobile money services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via mobile money are credited to your betj wallet in real time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Bank transfer to designated betj partner banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits are credited within a few business hours of receipt of cleared funds.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed in under 15 minutes on average. Rocket withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
• betj does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• betj may withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification (KYC) where betj reasonably suspects a compliance issue. betj will notify you of any such withholding and the steps required to release the funds.

betj may offer a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, reload bonuses and special seasonal offers timed to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• betj reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if betj determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts and may not be converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• betj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled after a player has already opted in, betj will honour any legitimate bonus balance already credited to that player's account.

betj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. betj provides a range of player protection tools that you may activate at any time from your account settings after login. The following responsible gaming obligations and tools apply to all betj accounts:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount of BDT you can deposit into your betj wallet. A request to reduce a deposit limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: You may set a cap on the maximum amount of BDT you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, betj will prevent you from placing further real-money bets until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: You may configure reminders that alert you when you have been actively gaming on betj for a specified period. These are intended to help players manage the time they spend on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period ranging from one week to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion can be activated directly from account settings. betj will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access via third-party means will be prevented.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betj platform. betj reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with that account:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through any proxy, agent, or technical means.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or program to interact with the betj platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the betj platform, including live casino table games and sports betting markets.
• Using the betj platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity. betj has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to obtain funds, bonuses, or credits that were not legitimately won. Any funds obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided and recovered.

All content on the betj platform — including but not limited to the betj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to betj and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betj platform for your personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any content from the betj platform without betj's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betj's liability to you in connection with your use of the betj platform is limited as follows:

• betj is not liable for any loss of funds arising from your own negligence, including sharing your betj login credentials with a third party, failing to log out of a shared device, or failing to report suspected unauthorised account access in a timely manner.
• betj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betj platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if betj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• betj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betj's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. betj will use reasonable efforts to minimise any such disruption and to restore service promptly.

betj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 6.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by betj, or provision of fraudulent, forged, or inaccurate identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other criminal activity in connection with the player's betj account or transactions. In such cases betj may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

betj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When betj makes a material change to these Terms, betj will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where betj considers a change to be sufficiently significant, betj may also notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the betj platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the betj platform and, if applicable, close your betj account by contacting betj support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and betj, you should first contact betj support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. betj will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate competent courts.
